Absolutely brilliant! Bought for someone who has fibromyalgia & this heat pad helps with her pain. The whole pad heats her whole back including the neck & shoulders. The pad sits comfortably on the shoulders without sliding about & feels comfortable and lightweight. The controller is nice and big without being clumsy and feels good quality overall. Probably one of the best things I've bought her. The problem now is tearing her away from it 🙂. If you suffer pain where heat helps, you won't regret buying this, especially for the price. Before getting this she'd go through one of those adhesive gel heat pads every day costing £4 pack of 4 & hasn't bought any since so this electric pad will soon pay for itself 'as it were'. Buy it, you won't be disappointed!

Absolute heaven! I have back & neck problems (not to mention shoulder!) and ths warms me all the way up and down my spine. I love the fact you can change the intensity depending how hot or cold you are and how much relief you need. Also doubles as a snuggly leg blanket if you feel chilly watching TV. I honestly love it and I feel so warm and cocooned it sends me to sleep most of the time!

Love this...i tecently caused some nerve damage to my neck and shoulders and was in a lot of pain. This was lovely in heating up.the neck and back. I did find that the neck part was a bit large/loose for my neck. Easy to control heat settings and a soft cover. Think this will be valuable during the winter

Works well. Purchased for my mum after a back injury. Really helps with pain. Can wear as a waistcoat or open as a cover. Value for money.

Un valido aiuto nelle giornate invernali quando si e' davanti alla TV o al PC da un piacevole calore alla schiena e al collo devo dire e' stato un acquisto azzeccato, il telecomando non e' proprio intuitivo per le persone anziane andrebbe semplificato un pochino anche perche' dopo averlo riposto nell'armadio nel periodo primavera estate vai poi a ricordarti dove stavano le istruzioni e come vanno interpretati i valori. Comunque per l'utilizzo tecnico non posso che apprezzare il termoforo, il materiale e' al tatto piacevole non si sentono i conduttori di calore,avvolge perfettamente le spalle fino alla parte bassa della schiena il cavo e' perfettamente bilanciato va posto accanto la sedia e i bottoni davanti sono di facile chiusura e apertura compratelo magari in offerta e regalatelo verra' apprezzato sicuramente.

Not as good as i expected The heat max level i consider it medium where i needed something hot Also the heat distribution doesnt reach the neck part at all so if you want neck reach this is not for you The remote is very tacky But the product overall is nice to have as a warmer in the winter but not as a heating pad for back pain
