PCA SKIN Hydrating Toner is an absolute standout in my skincare routine. Unlike many toners that feel drying or harsh, this one is incredibly gentle and genuinely hydrating. From the first use, my skin felt refreshed, balanced, and perfectly prepped for the rest of my routine. The formula is lightweight and soothing, with no tight or stripped feeling afterward. It adds a nice boost of moisture and helps my skin absorb serums and moisturizers more effectively. I’ve noticed my skin looks calmer, smoother, and more even since incorporating it daily. I love that it’s suitable for sensitive skin and free from anything that causes irritation. It feels luxurious without being heavy and works beautifully morning and night.

My son had really really bad acne on his face starting 8th grade. I starting using this product every night before bed paired with the acne serum and his acne on his face is 100% gone!!! His skin is beautiful nit one pimple! And he had BAD acne! Clustered acne ontop of acne! Now after using this consistently every night, had to buy several bottles, like one a month, plus the PCA acne serum which lasted a bit longer, in 5 months it's gone!!! So for those who only use this product for a few days and give up, you must be consistently using it. He also uses the PCA bpo 5% cleanser, which is a game changer!! It has benzoyl peroxide which is proven to get rid of acne. I use all the PCA products. I use the hyaluronic acid lip booster which plumps your lips, I use the eye creams, and all the face and neck creams! I swear by these products they keep me young! Literally took 5-7 years off my skin!

I love this toner!! I use AM & PM (after washing face) before my other products. Smells and feels so good on the skin.

The quality of the toner is fantastic and it smells great. I have been using this for probably 15 years. It’s so good I’ve never even considered using a different product. This has been a staple in my routine for as long as I’ve been prioritizing my skincare. But last year I ordered this for $32.00, and now it’s $46.00. For the reason, I’m very frustrated to say that I’m going to look around and see what else is out there. It’s one thing if the product’s price increases, but that’s almost a 50% increase year over year. That’s insane.
