Works for repairing the Petsafe underground fence wire
I used these to splice together our dog’s underground fence wire when I moved the wire. Easy to use, but I’m no electrician (a nurse) so I had to lookup a YouTube video to see how to use the parts since my hobby was busy with something else at the time. All I can tell you is I watched the video, did what it said, and the fence works. We will see over time how it holds up since it is in the ground. Seems durable, safe protection for the wire from moisture, and fits that type wire.

Nice, but prefer Kings for 12-2 low voltage lighting.
Great product, wire nuts a bit small for low-voltage light wire 12-2. Prefer the kings, but these work!

Awesome for in ground fences
After many years of questionable patches mixed in with some of these I had to finally completely redo my in ground fence. This style of splice kit were the only joints that remained rock solid. A year or two after I redid my fence I needed to patch in a couple loops so I waited until i received these to do it so I don't end up in the same position with a fence that's constantly going out and bad joints to track down.

Great price for ten quality wire nuts. We are working on our yard and keep breaking the dog wire. These work so well to patch and eventually we will replace a long portion of the wire and use these on each end. Tight fitting secure plastic covers. Directions are understandable and complete. Easy to use outdoor underground wire connectors. Highly recommend.
