Love this stuff! doTerra is a brand that I highly recommend. So, what's in this stuff? One could make their own blend, and I do, but this roll-on is filled with wonderful essential oils and could get costly. Easier (and cheaper) to begin with this happiness-in-a-bottle. I roll this Motivate scent on my throat in the morning, and the scent gives me an energy boost to get moving. I know, that may sound silly. But if you know aromatherapy, you know scents can change your mood. This one really works for me. I sometimes use it late in the afternoon when energy is flagging, and chores piling up, like dinner and dishes. I always breathe deeply several breaths after application to activate.
