Cooler Unit should be used!
Thamk you for the prompt delivery. However when I opened the jar, quite a bit of cream spilt on the floor, as the product was very hot and the cream not solid anymore. 😪Maybe tablets and beauty products require a cooled unit for deliveries! Won't order tablets via Amazon, as medicines have to be stored under a certain temperature.

Not satisfied with packing
I just received this item, but the package was poor and the item seems to be already opened.. Also the smell of the cream is unbearable. I am In confusion whether to use this one or return.. Totally disappointed..

Is it normal not to have a safety cover under the plastic cover?
The product just arrived without a safety seal under the plastic cover of the jar. Is this normal? It seems that the cream is opened before

Best cream on the market at the very best price !
Mason is a wonderful product! I have used many of their products! I wish Amazon would carry more ! These products work better for aging skin than any high end products I have ever used! I am not bragging but even my doctors say I look 30 years younger than I am ! And most everyone says the same thing, I will only say I’m thankful ! My story of survival is amazing! ! And I do believe mason has helped a lot !
