Healthy snack: crunchy and crispy without the calories.
Bought to have with morning tea ( before exercise). Good substitutes for biscuits or cookies. I use it like biscotti- and dip it into my tea. Gives me fibre and carbs without the sugar rush. Keeps me full until breakfast ( 2-3 hrs away). Also great with dips, thin yet firm. I spread it with peanut butter or nutella- and its a energy booster for the mid afternoon cravings. Good replacement for bread- as made with all whole grain flours. Also a complement to salad and soups - to add a healthier version of croutons or breadsticks. TIPS: -best to keep in airtight container- to avoid sogginess - when transporting- I apply a thin layer of oil- and then the spread of choice- the oil acts as a barrier to prevent mushiness. Wrap in parchment paper , and then put into lunch box. -

Great for low-carb
I bought these for the lower carbs and lower salt - very good for special diets. They look fragile but don't crumble. The taste is mild, a hint of nuttiness - not the kind of cracker that overshadows the taste of what you put on them. Two per serving is very satisfying. The price could be lower for the box weight but I'll buy again.
