Worth the price if you can swing it
I mainly use Aves Apoxie Sculpt to fix 3D printed parts that didn’t come out right, and honestly it’s been a life saver. Instead of reprinting tricky pieces over and over, I just sculpt the missing or messed up parts by hand and blend them in. Once it cures, it feels solid, bonds really well to PLA, and sands super smooth — it’s easy to shape crisp edges or subtle curves without it chipping apart. Painting over it is no problem either, it takes primer and paint just like the print itself. The big downside is the price. It’s expensive, no way around that. I tried to cheap out once and bought a knockoff epoxy thinking “how different can it be?”, and that was a mistake. The knockoff had a weird mixing ratio, super specific rules, tons of waiting, and even then the results were inconsistent and kinda gummy. With Aves, it’s simple: mix part A and B, you get a nice workable time, it sticks, and then it cures like a rock. If you’re doing a lot of 3D printing repairs, props, or custom parts and can afford it, I’d say this is absolutely worth it and way less frustrating in the long run. (Don’t mind the photo, I keep mine vacuum sealed so that it doesn’t dry out)

Easy to use, but costly
My artist brother enjoyed using the product, easy to apply and sand to achieve scuptural shapes. The quantity was far from generous, but he will re-oder soon, it's that good.
