Does what it says. But I used with be Bblonde bleach powder. Needed 1.5 bottles as it would dry fast. But it bleached hair nicely at home.

Had a terrible allergic reaction to this product, all body covered with hives and redness, 3 days and getting worse, ended up at hospital
