How does this compare to Previcox?

Hello. We have our senior dog (80lbs, 13 years old) on both Cosequin & Previcox. Both products have greatly improved our boys' senior years. We first started him on Cosequin a few years ago & saw great changes in his mobilty & activeness. Before Cosequin he had a REAL hard time getting up from the laying down position. Cosequin helped that a good bit, also made him more active. After some time, he began having some more mobility issues (mainly with stairs), frequent soreness, & also just seemed lazier than usual sometimes, for lack of better terms. Previcox changed that for him - his mobility improved, as well as his activity level (he plays like a pup daily with his favorite squeaky ball), & his overall mood improved also. Plus soreness was no more! Cosequin + Previcox have been an amazing combo for our boy & we'll continue to keep him on it. We even have our 20 lb, almost 3 year old min pin chihuahua mix on Cosequin as well (she has luxating patella & it's helped her knee slip out less often). I highly recommend both supplements. We've tried many (including Dasuquin) & none have come close to Cosequin & Previcox.

what country was this made in?

We live in Lancaster SC and have Friends that work for this company! They are an awesome company according to family and Friends! We have been told they are very serious about there products! Our Vet was recommending them before they were located in SC! There biggest asset is they are good to there employees! We have a 10 year old dog and we use there products!

Is "double strength" stronger than "maximum strength"?

No. Double strength is one step up from "regular strength" and maximum strength is the "highest" dosage.

Why is there no stamp on bottle image stating made in usa?

I don't know but I believe that it is made in the USA. I'm quite careful about giving my Doberman USA made. I just received another order of the C osequin and checked but it didn't say. However my 12 year old Dobie truly loves taking the product, no side affects and I couple it with natural vitamins and he gets excited when he sees me grab the 2 bottles.
