The first time I used the large tray it warped when removed from the oven. It was in the oven for 20 minutes at 200c. It regained its shape apter a few minutes.

I’ve used these for a couple weeks really like the solid weight of the sheet. I find to use the small one more than I expected. They are easy to put in the dishwasher and clean up. The racks that are included are good quality and the metal is solid. Only problem I had was they weren’t packed very well when shipped from Amazon and one of the racks was bent time. Will tell if it’s an issue after a stretched it back. Recommend these I like the way they store/stack and don’t take a lot of space.

Ich bin extrem zufrieden mit dem Backblech-Set. Die Bleche sind stabil und hochwertig verarbeitet, die Gitter passen exakt und verhindern zuverlässig, dass Fleisch oder Gemüse im eigenen Saft liegt. Dadurch wird alles wunderbar knusprig und gleichmäßig gegart – genau wie ich es mir wünsche. Besonders begeistert mich, wie einfach sich die Bleche nach Gebrauch reinigen lassen. Kein festgebrannter Schmutz, keine klebrigen Rückstände – einfach in die Spülmaschine und gut. Wer gern Fleisch oder Gemüse im Ofen röstet, ohne anschließend mit einer großen Sauerei kämpfen zu wollen, sollte dieses Set unbedingt ausprobieren.
