Great looking palette and amazing customer service
Product is very good quality, with a range of beautiful colors. Additionally, one of the best customer services i had on Amazon - i was called during the day of the delivery to let me know they will make themselves available in case of any issue with my order and got a handwritten thank you note once the item has arrived, along with a gift from their side. Wears off quickly for me
Really lovely colours in this palette, but no matter what eyelid primer I use, along with setting powder, within an hour the colour wears off. This is surprising to me because I know this brand and it's one that I use a lot. Normally eyeshadow in general will last 6 to 10 hours on my lids. But with this, after only one hour you can see that the colour is fading, and after two hours you can barely see anything. So I'm certainly not going to buy any more of their shadows, because it was a great disappointment. It's too bad, because these are some of the most loveliest shades on my green eyes-and I have tried several different things on my lids, and the end result is the same-the shadow just disappears!
