Sleeping better is the first good sign!
Been taking these almost 2 weeks now. Mainly for joint aches, so far I do sleep better, feel more relaxed. Slept through a thunderstorm a bit back which is rare. As far as my joints, I do feel some relief but I will give this more time. A bottle of 100 split with my wife makes 50 days of using, then I can see how I feel overall. Dosage should be about 350-400 mg a day, so this is higher but still in the safe zone at 500 mg.
