How to take it and how often

I can only drink it with milk, I use oat milk and it’s perfect. When I first started it I would out a drop of Hershey’s dark chocolate syrup. My mom can drink with Gatorade but I couldn’t. We use a juice glass which is small so that way I don’t have so much to drink. So glad this is over the counter mow when my grandmother was alive she had to get by prescription. I am not well and have to take everyday because my meds slowed my bowels to a halt. Before meds I was regular. So if you are on meds you may need this also everyday. If you find you are going too much cut back to every other day. That does not work for me but we are all different. I would suggest you only buy Miralax and not off brands. I have no affiliation with this company nor do I get free or get paid. All I can say is thank God for Miralax.

What Is The Sodium Content?

Hello. Miralax does not contain added sodium. That being said, there could be trace levels of sodium in the product. Per the nutritive information we received on the active ingredient, there would be <20 mg in a 100 g serving. The dosage for Miralax is 17g.
