Intech Future Tour Junior Golf Set (Age 6 to 11)

Bought this set for my 5 year old Godson who seems to love playing golf. Got the set and it looks really good, seems all good. So we went out in the backyard to hit some balls. He took the putter, hit a tree root or something with it and the bottom of the putter sheered right off. I mean the actual metal just broke! Obviously very poorly made clubs. Shame because the looked nice and my Godson was all excited.Update - Wrote the company and they sent out a new putter no questions asked. Great job, hopefully it was just a bad putter. So kudos to their customer service.

I bought these clubs for my 6 year old son who has never played golf before. He has 2 older brothers and wants to keep up with them. I didn't want to spend a lot of money as I was unsure how much use they would get. He has used them almost every day since we got them, whether it was to hit balls in the back yard, go to the golf course, or go hit a bucket of balls at the driving range, and they are holding up quite well. The price was a bonus as well.The age range on these were from 6 to 11 so if we get a couple years of use out of them I will be extremely happy.

After much online research, I bought this set of Intech Future Tour golf clubs, left handed, for my nephew. The price is excellent. The shipping very good at Amazon. Most likely, I got a shipping deal.Getting clubs for a leftie, majorly decreased my choices. This is a beginner set, he may or may not golf, but I wanted him to have the tools, clubs if he wanted to start. After research, the proper size, length is vital to develop correct swing; based on his height, 2009, I was only about 1/2 inch over. This is good for up to age 11, so there is much time usage to the gift. The other option group, 8-13 was too long. Other golf club set, prices were much higher. You get a good club group in the set, plus a bag. Being 5 at the time, he enjoyed filling all the pockets, nooks and crannies of the golf bag, with golf balls. There are many storage areas. My brother, also got him one golf club; so my present shined being a whole set, though, that was not the objective. My brother,was happy with the set, so he could teach him golfing, and has since, taken him out to a golf range. So, I highly recommend adding this golf set to a young boy's collection of sports gear. Plus, his sister can use it also, she can do left, but seems to prefer right more.This is a really good deal, FOR LEFTIES. First off, I want to say that I do not know anything about golf. I bought this for my 6 year old son to golf with his father. My son loved them and my husband said they were very good for a child's starter set. They seem sturdy and have some weight to them, without being to heavy. The bag seems to be durable, time will tell. Overall I believe it is a great value for the price. Shipping is always great with Amazon.

Good quality and great price, considering the cost of name brand clubs. Enough to get the little ones started and used to hitting a ball. Heavy enough to give a good feel for the weight of an actual club and durable enough to handle learning/practice use over a reasonably long period of time (1 month, 3 to 4 times a week for 1 hour).

We purchased this junior golf set for our 8 year old son. He loves them, and they seem to stand up to both our boys useage. We were extremely happy to find a junior golf set that was not overy priced nor cheaply made, and are very pleased with this purchase.

Our grandson is 6 and very athletic. He was very excited to receive the golf clubs for his birthday. However, kids being kids, the putter broke on the first trip to the golf course. The rest of the clubs are just fine and he will get plenty of use out of them.

We ordered this for our 5 yr old lefty. He's about 3' 8" and they are still a little long, so he'll have to choke-up. We expected them to fit this way and for him to grow into them. They arrived promptly, packaged nicely and appear to be of great quality. Can't wait for him to take a few swings!

golf bag was very cheap and cheesy. I was led to believe the quality of the bag was going to be better and to include a kick stand

I was excited about getting these clubs for my grandchildren, this set came without the driver. The lengths were within 1/2 inch. Three out of four is not good enough.

The clubs included with this "set" are surprisingly well made and ideally sized for a six year old, however the golf bag needs a lot of improvement.

These clubs are perfect for our 7 year old, big for his age grandson. Well made and ideal for an introduction to a new sport.

Just what we needed. It was for 9 year old girl. She enjoyed them and seemed to do well with them with a golf pro giving a lesson.

My 5 year old loves these clubs. It is a perfect product for him to learn how to play golf.

Decent set for 7 year old.
