This is great! It definitely have that mint taste and leaves my breathe smelling refreshed. Very fresh and it truly works. Not too strong or overbearing.

For the price and convenience than having the fresh mint, I like it. Not as strong as the fresh of course but it does add some light flavor of mint to my dishes. Do wish price is better. I do like the container is made of glass to keep it properly preserved than plastic.

Fresh is best of course but man this is good stuff!
I have been obsessed this summer with watermelon salad. I make it with mint, feta, a wee olive oil and s&p. (BTW Almost just as good with out the feta, very refreshing:) This stuff is fantastic in lieu of fresh. Great in tea as well. I've never used dry before but this sure seems of great quality for dried. Highly recommend. I find I am adding more and more of this tasty dried leaf every time I make a bowl. Let it sit a bit to soften and voila'. Sitting here typing and slurping of the fab leftover watermelon-mint juice. ohhh I bet this would be good with Vodka. brb haha
