Top as usual hitachi hard worker in anything , colling & heating works like charm, loved it

Product doesn't work
Product is a total dud. Cold water function doesn't work. Don't buy. Very disappointing- more so because I have to re-pack in order to return.

Definitely buy Hitachi it’s worth it and lasts
Great device, I’ve had an Hitachi bottom loading water cooler before and it lasted many years, recently I bought another main brand and it only lasted for 5 months so I have gone back to my tried and tested brand. I don’t know for sure if the UV bit is worth it but I got it for the same price as a non UV so I’m not too bothered.

Faulty product and no customer service
This product lasted 1 month. The motor is dying and it continues to drip. We’ve tried contacting the seller and it bounces back.
