Not my first plantronics, and probably won't be my last. The hold button is quick, unlike other ones I've had where mute takes 3 seconds to turn off. Range is nice. I can walk into the kitchen or laundry room while waiting for calls. Sound is clear, as long as you're within range. Battery charges quickly. I work an 8 hour shift and charge it for my 2 15 min breaks and my lunch. But when I put it on the charger, it usually only blinks to charge for less than a minute, which is nice when I accidentally forget to charge it. It has a thing to go either over your head or over just one ear. I get headaches wearing one over my head for long periods so this is nice as it just hangs off my ear. It won't mess up my hair with that band going across tonthe other ear. Highly recommend.
