How is this different from the balm?

Balm is thicker and takes longer to absorb. Also balm leaves a greasy feel to the skin in my experience

Whats the difference between this and the nighttime balm? Can this be used day and/or night?

the nighttime balm must only be used at night. but be cautious of the time... they may turn into gremlins.. also feeding after midnight is discouraged while using this product
