Bought one as a test, worked great and easy to install so bought four more. Realized I needed another one so now have 6. This is an indication they work great and also well priced

Great quality!
I was really impressed with the sturdiness and quality of the parts. The instructions were easy to follow, and it was just as easy to install. We put this in my husband’s shop. It’s handy when our hands are full with tools, or the new baby!

False advertising...you should ship what you show
Pictures clearly show that it includes a door handle for the other side of the door but none is included...bought 3 so now i'm returning them as i cant use them...big waste of time...very disappointing

Fit better than expected
Replaced a broken one from another maker that I am guessing was 30+ years old, (the release allen head striped out) Amazed it lined up pretty much the same and works great. Happy that it works

Not a good product at all
Did not fit a 36 in door as advertised. Slide out piece to " make " it fit looks very poor. NO mounting hardware sent. NOT anything that I would use or recommend.
