Hose arrived with a kink that required time massaging the kink out. 2 out of 5

The media could not be loaded.  This item was shipped in a box half of its size and was doubled over for several days on end. Therefore there is a weak spot right in the bend of this hose that is going on a diesel engine that gets hot and has a lot of fluid in it. if this engine decides to build any pressure that spot will be the first to go in this hose. The easy thing to of done would be to put it in a box that fits instead of damaging a perfectly good OEM part. It could seem harmless until you think about the hose will be on this truck for years to come while pulling 10000 lb across mountain passes. You don't want a weak spot when you're doing that and you can clearly feel the weak spot the rest of the rubber is firm and formed while this one band has a really soft spot that may allow the who's to either collapse or swell at that spot. unfortunately I do not want to return it because it clearly states on their return policy that they will charge you up to 50% if you return it for a restocking fee even though I didn't create this problem. Grrrrrrr
