You need something iike this

I like to cook and bake, and the internet has a endless supply of recipes. When cooking, most of the time the ingredients don't have to be extremely precise...you can sort of adjust according to your preferences. But when baking, you do have to be a little more precise. And many recipes measure flour or sugar or other dry ingredients by weight...often grams. This scale allows you to be accurate. It is simple to use, seems to be well built, and so far has worked flawlessly
