Easy installation and stable
Iโm very happy with this pull-up bar. It feels sturdy and well-made, and installation was quick and straightforward. The bar fits securely in the doorway and gives me confidence while working out. Iโve used it for pull-ups and other exercises, and it has held up very well so far. The grip is comfortable, and the overall design is simple but effective. Great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable doorway pull-up bar.

Perfect pull-up bar for real people and small spaces โ sturdy, smart, and totally worth it.
I bought this for my daughter so she could stretch her back โ now Iโm the one using it every day. I work from home in a small townhome, so space is limited. The doorway between my workspace and the kitchen turned out to be perfect. Every time I get up for coffee, I hang for a few seconds. I used to be in the Army and fit... but that was about 20 years ago. These days Iโm around 6'1" and 250+ lbs, and this bar holds me without any drama. No creaks, no slipping, no drywall damage โ just solid. Hereโs the part I didnโt get at first: that tiny metal hook in the middle? Itโs the hero. It keeps the bar from rolling forward and saves you from learning gravity the hard way. I added the silicone squares it came with to protect the trim, and it hasnโt left a single mark. Itโs simple, inexpensive, and well thought out. About $30, works great, and now itโs part of my daily routine. If you have a solid doorway and a habit of grabbing coffee every hour, this thing might accidentally make you a little more fit. I'll try to add photos when I'm not so embarrassed about the clutter on top of the fridge.

Perfect item!
Bought this to do some at home workouts on my days off work and it works like a charm, I was scared at first to put my full body weight on it but I can assure you it feels very sturdy. Only took < 10 minutes to put together and really straight forward!

Got stronger biceps
If youโre anything like me, you may be wondering three things when looking at chin-up bars: โWill this fit in my door? โIs it strong enough to hold me up? โWill it destroy the molding? Iโll go through each of these points in my review. 1. โWill this fit my door?โ It fits perfectly for a standard interior door with the following dimensions: Door slab width: ~31ยพ" Clear opening between jambs: a bit over 31" Top molding/header depth: just under 3" Total wall + frame thickness: ~7" The bar sits centered on the molding and clears the wall without interference. It can also be used on a narrower door with the following dimensions: Door slab width: a little over 25" Clear opening: ~25" Top molding/header depth: ~3" Total wall + frame thickness: ~5ยฝ" The bar can span this opening, but you wonโt be able to use it for the widest type of grip, because the door frame will be resting on the bar itself, rather than the rubber ends that are supposed to contact the door frame. So useable but with limitations. The bar wonโt fit on doors with oversized molding (~6" high for example). It also wonโt work if there is no molding, because there will be nothing to latch onto. 2. "Is it strong enough to hold me up?" This is rated for 440 pounds, and I never put even half that much weight on it, so definitely havenโt tested this to its limits. For my use, it held up well. When I use the parallel grip the bar flexes more and the door creaks a bit, but nothing has broken. Creaking in general is something that happens when this is used on a door frame for the first time. The more itโs used, the less creaking there will be. The bar comes with a piece of metal designed to be hammered into the molding to help it stay in place. The product pictures donโt show this though. Iโve risked my safety a bit, perhaps, by not installing it, but have been careful enough with my chin-ups to not fall off so far. 3. "Will it destroy the molding?" The bar comes with some rubber pads to put on the molding where it supports the bar ends. I have hardwood molding and havenโt used the pads. There has been no damage to the molding so far. Summary Overall this is a solid product and Iโm happy with how itโs functioned. It lets me do chin-ups at home and is a good balance of being relatively inexpensive but still sturdy enough to use without too much apprehension.

EASY TO INSTALL FOR A GREAT PRODUCT!
Excellent product. Very easy to install and mount, I spent around 20 minutes because I barely do any installation at home. Directions are clear. The product is sturdy I was afraid that it wasn't going to feel sturdy enough but it can handle some weight. No problems with door frame whats so ever. You can adjust the bar as thicker or thin as you need it depends on your door and wall space. Overall excellent product!

Works great for me
Fairly simple to put together. Was able to fit over door and use right away. Feels sturdy and I like it fine. Iโm 5โ3 and 130 lbs so itโs not a lot of weight on it but being older Iโm mainly using it to just hang and stretch my spine.

Not as sturdy as expected
The horizontal bar is split into two pieces and the center joint where the two meet is quite weak and flexes a lot when using the inner grips to do standard or reverse pull-ups. I'm under 200 lbs and can't imagine this supporting anywhere near 440 lbs. I don't think it will last too long before the center joint fails completely but we will see.

Disappointing
Delivery was a day or so late but the real problem was the item itself. Screws are not long enough- there is a spring loaded locating lug which didnโt line up with the holes, this made the whole thing useless - very disappointing! It had also been delivered and returned to someone else so the packaging was damaged and bodged.

A must-have for your fitness journey!
Easy to assemble with clear instructions. Product arrived brand new and in good condition. I selected the option to have it shipped in an Amazon packaging just for the added protection. I weigh about 120lbs (~54kg) and can perform multiple pull-ups without concerns -- it's very sturdy, has some weight to it and the soft grips are very comfortable. My doorframe thickness is only about 0.4" but the pull-up bar still works. It's very easy to put up and take down so I can use it on a different door frame at home if I wanted to.

Great pull-up bar!
Very happy with the pull up bar - easy to assemble and does not take up much room. It feels sturdy during use and I have confidence that it won't slip off and cause me damage.
