Can any one list the inactive/ active ingredients for this product? I don't know why they aren't in the description.

There's two active ingredients: 1) Tea Tree oil- natural anti-fungal. 2) Eucalyptus leaf oil- natural anti inflammatory.

What makes this different than any other anti-bacterial soap?

What makes this different than any typical anti-bacterial soap is that it doesn't use any chemicals, it uses essential oils that are naturally anti-bacterial as well as anti-fungal, thus killing things anti-bacterial soap wont.

Does this soap help kill or get rid of Tinea Versicolor?

I don't know about that. I use soap for itchy feet, helps tame it, I also have a slight discoloration on top of my foot, has not went away using soap

Is it a good idea to "apply coconut oil " to affected areas of body after using this soap? Do you think it'll defeat the purpose?

I think that is an awsome idea because this soap is incredibly drying. Coconut oil is moisturizing and anti fungal so it should be a wonderful combination together.
