Bought this patch first time in Japan. It's soft and gentle to the skin but good enough adhesive to keep it in place. It's soothing without feeling too hot or itchy. Good product!

I prefer to use these in place of pills for join pain relief!
Theses patches give me temporary pain relief for my aging aching knees! I apply 2 to my knees first thing in the morning to get me through the day. The smell is not overpowering & I find them more convenient than creams & preferable to pills.

The only thing that gets me through the night
What would rheumatoid arthritis sufferers like me do without these little rectangular miracles? I'm genuinely grateful to the maker for their invention. They get me through the gaps--from pain med dose to pain med dose--particularly at night, when the knees and the ankles and the elbows start singing their mournful song. To help your patches stick better, gently wipe the skin with a bit of rubbing alcohol before applying.
