I have limited space so could I get the measurements of this tray?

Above illustration shows a little over 14.

Will this replace a factory tray

Depends. Check the measurements of both the tray and the one you want replaced. I got these for my boat.

Yes, it comes with a 42-Inch strap and mounting hardware.

Will marine series 31 fit?

Yes, they will. I use two of these trays on my 25’ Parker, holding group 31 Odyssey batteries.

So mamy strap complaints, why?

Cheap and it works. It is not super brittle plastic, its got some play which is nice. Also the strap is nice and exactly like the photo. What more could you want
