Everything Needed For A Great Night's Sleep!
They work! I take just one prior to bedtime (about an hour before turning in). They do have a slight smell of the Valerian Root. But it's not overbearing. There's no after taste. No burp. And the pills are easy to swallow. I wouldn't be caught without these.

Sleep supplement
This definitely helps me to sleep well at night. I have to also say, I do not use this alone. I take several different supplements plus a CBN gummie.

First supplement to actually work!
These smell bad but it's worth the smell because they actually work. I've tried every supplement out there and although I don't sleep through the night I do get some solid hours of sleep when I take 2 of these about an hour before bed.
