I purchased this product and got 2 500ml of e45 derma protect moisturising lotion which is not the same lotion as i have previously purchased

That is sad. You should contact the seller and ask for replacement (or refund).

I can see some complaints that only one pack was received. Can anyone kindly confirm if two packs were actually received as described?

I have received two packs as described. The complaints may be an isolated case.
