is there fiber glass in it?

Yes. Initial descriptions and marketing rhetoric says "vinyl", which is ideal. However, in separate, "Product Description" section on this item's webpage, in its specifications statement, "Material: flexible fiberglass". As veteran seamstress and tailor folks know, unlike vinyl, the fiberglass minimizes tape stretch, keeping measurements reliable.

Hi, is this meter in centimeters? and to measure a wrist to know the size of a wrist strap

It's both in inches and centimeters

Can my baby use this product a lot?

If you mean baby as in a small child, then I would say no. It’s not a toy. It’s for measuring things.
