Here's what you need to know. The label says serving size is 1, but you're supposed to take 2 pills a day. Take it with food or a protein shake or it may upset your stomach. It DOES work, but like anything else with reducing hair loss, it's not instant. It takes a couple of months to work. I went from shedding a half a handfull to just a few strands after a shower. I'll definitely keep using this.

This product is far better than others on the market and is at a better price. Give it a shot if you are a woman experiencing hair loss possibly related to DHT or post menopausal hair loss, etc.

Didn't regrow new hairs but after 2 to 3 weeks of consistent use it definitely made what hairs I have left thicker which visually accomplishes a lot. Only downside is a sour/gross smell and taste but you learn to get past it with a good chaser. Cost is reasonable.

I’m not sure about these supplements. First off they do have a very strong, pungent smell that isn’t too pleasant. However, I was willing to give them a go and provide them for my husband who is balding. He’s been taking them for over a few months now and I cannot say that I have seen any new growth or thicker hair at all. It has not changed anything, so I’m going to assume they don’t work so I will be trying another brand.

Saw a recommendation for this product on Reddit in a female hairloss sub, & decided to add it to my regimen of daily minoxidil treatment & scalp massage. I waited to write a review to give it a chance to work or not. After three months of consistent use, I am ready to endorse this product. It has definitely made a difference for my thinning hair. I’ve increased my density by about 50% overall in the last six months, with most of that in the last three since adding this supplement. My hair fall has stopped entirely and I have added about two inches of length - a big deal for me. My hair grows extremely slowly. It doesn’t upset my stomach and it’s priced well compared to most of these types of products. Worth noting is that it isn’t just biotin like so many hairloss supplements. If you can’t take biotin (it gives me cystic acne) this is good alternative. Worth a try if you are experiencing hormonal hair loss.

Please pay attention to the reviews that are put out there. Some are good some are not. This product does not work for everyone. This product was for my mother who is going through menopause and was told by someone else that she can take this to help with her hormones and any hair shutting. Upon her taking the product, she was fine and then a couple of weeks later still on her first bottle her hair started shedding really really bad. She went to the doctor and come to find out this product is not good for hair growth at all for most people. Especially if you’re going through menopause and you’re taking hormonal medication or anything like that, it does not work. I tried returning the second bottle to Amazon and they declined to accept the return so we are left with a $17 bottle. That is too much money to be spending on something that is making people‘s hair fall out. We got the second bottle because she wanted to make sure she had it just in case they stopped selling it because she thought it was working. Each time she washes her hair her hair is falling out from it. She stopped using it as of today. I wanted to put this review out there to warn others that Amazon will not return vitamins, even if they are unopened. I also noticed in some of the other reviews may be a few that the same issue they were having as well with hair fallout from this product.

Have brought this multiple times so it must be good

This worked within a week I took one table before sleep and one tablet when woke up! My hair is now so thicker than before and I am 36 years old. It also helped with my prostate issue as it was always enlarged and painful because of too much testosterone, this reduced my hormones level this sht and regrew the hair so thick. This photo is 3 weeks ago and three weeks later the hole in the hair is all covered up by the 3rd week !

Arrived the next day

I got these for my partner. He was really hopeful that they would help with his hair loss. He is also overweight so was hoping it might help with that. He has lost a couple of kilos but hasn't noticed any difference with his hair regrowth or even hair loss. To be fair he hasn't been as consistent as he could've been with taking 2 a day so this may be why he's not seeing the best results.

The smell was terrible; I couldn't use it and threw it away even though I just bought it.
