I love the variety of colors this has. It works great and I love that you can plug your phone or IPod into it and use it as a speaker as well. Plus it has a great one hour timer on it so if you fall asleep it automatically cuts off. This company also has amazing customer service, I had to contact them regarding an issue I had with the A/C Adapter and they sent me a new right away and were very quick to respond. Not only is the product great, but if there is any problems their customer service is quick to respond and resolve any issue. I will be buying more products from them in the future just for their customer service alone.

Its quite, which is perfect for trying to get kids to sleep, no weird noises. The colors are beautiful, lights up the whole room (for kids that are afraid of the dark it's perfect) the only down side, it doesn't tilt so if its not in the middle of the room it does get the full ceiling. But next to the bed, gets right above the bed and the wall. Again which is perfect for kids afraid of the dark. excited to try the star one, hope it works as well as this one.

This night light is pretty amazing. I purchased this product for my 3 year old daughters bedroom after she became resistant to sleeping in her room. All I did was simply plug it in and she became absolutely amazed by the images being projected on her ceiling. Even months later this product is still a huge hit. PROs: * It has a timer (I'd estimate it shows 20 to 30 minutes of relaxing waves before shutting down) * It comes with a MP3 adapter with built in speakers if you want to play music or maybe even a recorded bedtime story (The MP3 adapter connects and disconnects from the night light so you don't need to keep it plugged in) * There are various color for the nightlight as well as speeds. You can choose a rotation of lighter colors, a rotation of darker colors, waves of red, etc... (Without checking I'd estimate that theres 6 different color settings to choose from) CONs: * The light is brighter than your typical night light. Its not as bright as your average light, but you can definitely see every detail in the room it's in. I wouldn't recommend it for people who are very sensitive to light when going to sleep. * You can't adjust the angle of the nightlight. To me this was a huge con. When I placed the nightlight on my daughters nightstand it was only capable of projecting up. This meant some of the waves were being projected on the wall and some on the ceiling. I wish it had the capability of being angled so I could project the waves over her entire ceiling instead of just a 1/4 of it. * This wasn't a huge deal, but the night light is pretty big. About the width of a cereal bowl is my best comparison example. Like I said it's not a huge deal since most people don't usually have much on there night stands, but I feel it should be mentioned.

I bought it for my niece, and she is so happy with it. I like the brightness of the lights. It's much lighter that OHUHU (same product with a different label) I ordered before (returned). The motor speed is faster so the effects moving twice the speed, which is more lively. The one tiny speaker delivering surprisingly loud clear sound. For the designers of Deneve company: If your designers listen to my suggestions, your product will be more popular. 1. The plastic cover can be made of variety of surface textures (a set ) with Cristal, mini lenses...etc. 2. Combining it with the moving lens part under the main transparent lid ( the set of replaceable cups) will bring perhaps even more 3D effects. 3. One button is enough to control the volume, and the third knob could become an effect's control feature (speed of the motion or disabling certain colors. Good luck;)

The product itself works as described and is a good value compared to other mood lights. There are some issues I do need to address though. First off, the USB wire is way too short for me to connect to my nearest outlet, so I'm force to use the battery option, which doesn't flush evenly with the cap causing the device to have an uneven bottom. Secondly, the device creates a noticeable gyrating noise that may be a little annoying if you want a silent rest. Lastly, the red light is way too overpowering. I was hoping for a light pink tone like an aurora borealis effect, but what I got instead was a vibrant red. There wasn't an option for only blue and green, which left me a bit disappointed since all the other fading options have the overpowering red in them. Overall though, it works fine and is pretty cheap. If you want a high quality mood light, though, you might want to look elsewhere.

Edited: day two of having this product. Our 3yo woke up freaking out that the night light had turned off. Also, the too short cord that is supposed to plug in the wall is making a clicking noise like its about to make a short. My original review was 4 stars. Ok, this is a cute night light. It's very bright. Good for our toddler who is afraid of the dark. The reason why it's a four star, and it is my fault for not reading the product description, it turns off after an hour. Which again, for our toddler who's affraid of the dark, not very good. I also wish that the product came with a built in "ocean wave" white noise. If this had an option to be left on all night, or 5/6 hour shut off, and a built in white noise - this would be perfect!

We love this little light, I'm actually going to buy another soon because we'll probably wear this one out soon and I want a backup one. No kidding this little light is sooo relaxing, my granddaughter loves it, I like the blue light myself however, my granddaughter doesn't like me to use that one because when I lay down with her with the blue light on I immediately fall asleep. There's about 10 different colors and they are all enjoyable. This light is very calming and shuts itself off in 1 hour. I'm going to order another one now while I'm thinking about it.

I was looking for a very bright nightlight for my laundry room when I came across the Ocean Wave Light Projector. I immediately thought of my 3 year old nephew who loves a color changing nightlight I have in the hall. I sent it directly to him and he absolutely loves it! His mom told me he stares at it and says it looks just like water. I'm now thinking I need one for myself! It also has a music option. You just connect your Iphone or other device and you can fall asleep to soothing music as well.
