One must should & know that our body condition before consuming whether with empty or with food. Better to take around 2gm mix 200ml water & drink immediately. Better to drink morning or evening as your like but not after 6PM, because one face urination problem to take sufficient water after this DRINK...

Although the Amazon app lists the expiry date as July 4, 2026, the physical packaging indicates November 2027. 👍🏻👌 Overall, the experience has been positive, my family has used Naturolax many times before and we have no complaints as of now.
