It needs a bit of force depending on the fruit like an apple. However it does the job and makes slicing and removing apple slices so much easier

I absolutely love this apple cutter. I used to have another one, but it cut the apples real big pieces.This one cuts it down smaller for my grandson. And it makes it so easy with the bottom portion that gets the bottom of the apple, all cut up. It's very comfortable and easy to use. It keeps the juices and stickiness away from it It's not very heavy, very easy to grip, and hold on too, as you cut down on the apple. It's the best bang for your buck. it's definitely my go too for apple's.
