Q: How well does the pen itself write? I'm found of smooth pens but i'm fascinated by these guys.

It writes ok- I love pens as well. I would say it similar to the bic pens you buy in bulk at staples. Not amazing, but satisfactory.

Q: Can I order only black ink?

Multicolor? Green? The color in the cylinders is NOT the color of the ink. I have gotten these in black ink and in blue ink, but I don't think they take requests, regrettably.

Q: What are all the colors?

I ordered all the colors but did not get what I thought I ordered. They sent me the all blue box.

Q: Does this come with the pen holder too?

It's not a pen holder, it's a cheap plastic thing just to ship the pins. Then pens are cheap to, some were broken and none of them were filled the same, some less than half full
