Just take care, it is US plug and 110 volts, you will need to buy 2 adapters 220 volts/ UK plug for the base and the cordless phone, alternatively, you can but 2 converters.

I received the product but it was not working, I have returned the product since one month, but not yet received the credit. Very poor service

I use it for my home office as I work from home so I need a very good quality phone to talk to customers. No cheap phones. Easy to setup and use. I didn't even need to read the setup instructions because the Menu selection items are so easy to program and scroll through and choose your selections and save. I love the Smart Call Blocker feature!! No more telemarketers and nuisance calls. You can screen and/or block your calls, or send them right to your answering system. I like the built-in digital answering system too. I love the extra large tilting display screen which even lights up! It even comes with a cordless handset that I can put in another room. The corded handset is comfortable to use. Not bulky. Nice sleek modern design (silver/black). It even has caller ID announce feature that verbally announces who is calling. The phone talks to me and announces who is calling. The sound quality of the calls are very sharp and clear which is very important as I talk to customers. Volume is adjustable. No static or buzzing noise like other cheap phones. I am so glad I bought this phone to replace my old work phone that was 10yrs old. Very happy with this purchase! Worth the extra money for a good quality phone system! I highly recommend.

We bought this phone in November and now, in March, the phone's caller ID display and speaker phone doesn't work. Enough said.

Hay poco que decir, cuando un producto cumple perfectamente lo indicado en su descripcion, facil de usar, buenos acabados, pero esto en particular ya lo veremos con el paso del tiempo, son plasticos, y quizas puedan borrarse con el tiempo, esto seria horrible,pero ahorita, no puedo decir mas que completamente satisfecho, feliz y es un todo en uno, grabadora,mensajes, bloqueo de llamadas, identificador, es lo que queria hace tiempo, un todo en uno, y ademas por si fuera poco , una extencion inalambrica, asi que, yo feliz, muy feliz y satisfecho
