how does it secure to the wall

Two screws into the wall and the bears slide on into grooves.

Could someone verify the dimensions for me? The title states 3.5 x 7.5 but the product dimensions states 8.9 x 5.1. Thanks for your help!

It’s small. 7.5 x 3.5 Very cute !

Will this hold a leather dog leash?

The key holder is small but quite sturdy. If hung up well it should hold a dog leash.
