It is because of this ingredient that we are able to call Happy Cappy a medicated anti-dandruff and anti-seborrheic dermatitis shampoo. This ingredient eliminates flakes, scaling and redness. All medicated dandruff shampoos that contain any “active ingredient” must carry a warning to avoid contact with the eyes.
