Mild, pleasant, very chewy.I use this product for its nutritional value.
I use this product for its nutritional value. It's best cooked because it has a mild flavour but in its raw state it needs a lot of chewing!

Great flavor!
Flavor is perfect and I received it quickly. First time buying this type of wakame. I was expecting it to be crunchier but it tastes delicious and I'm sure it is exacyhow it's supposed to be. There are directions on how to crisp it up. I'll buy again for sure.

Love the seaweed, not the snails
The seaweed is quite delicious, but I really disike periodically crunching on the baby snails lodged in the folds of the seaweed. Despite tearing and sifting through every piece of seaweed, I still chomp on one in my homemade miso soup, which is why I purchaed this product.

Review of Alaria
Alaria/WakameThank you for having this product. I especially feel very reassured that this product has been tested. The product is easy to make, all one does is soak it then boil. I make Miso soup every day with this product.
