How different is this from a regular drywall mud? Is there a specific purpose for this? So far, have not read that is so much better than drywall com

It’s totally different then mud, you can fill larger holes in one coat. It’s not really for skim coating and sanding like drywall mud. If you were going to repair a nail pop or larger anchor hole drywall mud might take two coats this would take one. Without drywall tape

Can i use it to fill a small crack on my basement wall inside (poured concrete) ?

It's great stuff but really not for concrete. You are better off using Sika Pro crack flex sealant

Is this go on pink and dry white?

No. It goes on white & dries white. Easy to use & dries quicker than regular spackle.

Can I use it on my textured wall to smooth it out to apply a wall paper?

Depends on how thick is the texture? Save time and work would be just replace the drywall. A tin coat should scrape off easy. But i had up to a 1/8 inch and 2 days was enough. Drywall down and replaced in 2 days and the walls look great. Good Luck
