Can I use this a a regular pad, fliping pages back as needed? I am not intending to remove the pages to stick them on other surfaces.

Not unless you can do that with post-it notes... I wouldn't bother trying. Just get a pad with no post it stickiness. You are paying here a dollar for the stick. Worst deal ever.

Can this be used as a flip chart? Are you able to flip the pages over without trouble? Need to give a presentation but do not want to tear pages off.

I used it like a flip chart with no issues at a parents meeting. We were brain storming Ideas for growth in the church I work for.

Can you laminate these sheets after writing on them to keep for later usage or to hang on the wall?

Seems like you can, though you might cut off the sticky part or place two of them back to back so they don't get stuck in the laminator. I haven't tried it. but I don't see why not,

Would this product work for water paints? It says no bleed through...

I'm going to say I don't think so. The paper is fairly thin. I have used it with sharpies though and it does not bleed through the surface of the paper is smooth, therefore I don't think it would hold the water color like typical water color paper would

Visto presso un cliente, ho cominciato ad usarlo da un mese circa. I fogli possono essere utilizzati come dei grandi Post-It ed attaccati alle pareti (meglio il vetro) a piacimento ed è utilissimo specie se si devono comporre più 'pezzi'. Attualmente lo utilizzo per l'analisi e la progettazione dei processi.
