Hi, Does this dressform run true to size? I am an 8-10 so not sure if I should order the 4-8 size or the 10-18.

A size 10-18 may be just a little larger than what you may need. I would order the Size 4-8 with additional purchase of the padded modular forms for the perfect fit.
