How long will this keep once opened?

The jar gives it a short shelf life of consume within x days, which considering the size of the jar would be a real effort. However, I keep mine in the fridge and have found it keeps well for several weeks.

how long does this last after opening?

I think officially its 3 weeks. But in reality it's fermented, so by uts very nature has long life built in. Keep in the fridge though. I'll happily eat it after 6 weeks, with zero change in quality. Though it rarely lasts that long, as it's both super healthy, and delicious. Though delicious in the "fan of hot chilli" meaning of delicious.

It was my first one so can't compare with others but in my opinion wasn't bad.
