Good AC bad installation
The ac is good. But don’t use Amazon installation services, they were terrible.

Stop working after 9 months and no warranty service
Bought from “Seven Wonders Electronics”. This AC stopped working after 9 months. It was mentioned that there is one year warranty. I started to contact the seller from 16th July 2023, but until today 1st August 2023, after several contacts, no one come to repair. This basically means there’s actually no warranty for this AC. If you buy one and unfortunately it stops working within one year, you need to pay all the money by yourself to repair it.

Awfully loud machine
This AC is extremely loud.its impossible to sleep in the bedroom we have installed it in. I just wrote to the vendor, i hope they can do something about it, change it.
