Ice bag does not cool as expected
The ice bag does not work properly. It should conduct cold from the ice, but the temperature barely decreases. Item is defective and not as described.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
We received the item without its box, and it was clearly dirty and used. To make matters worse, it's not even eligible for return. Very disappointed with this experience.
