I’d been swimming regularly for about six months before buying this kickboard, and I quickly discovered I’d been cheating all along—my arms were doing far more work than my legs!The first proper session I did with it was around 1,800m, and the next day my legs genuinely felt like jelly. I had no idea they were that much weaker until this board exposed them. Walking up stairs became an event.Now I use it twice a week as part of my training, and it’s become a proper love-hate relationship. I love how much stronger my legs have become and I’ve definitely noticed the improvement in my swimming. I hate how my legs remind me of every single kick the following day!The board itself is excellent. It’s comfortable to hold, provides plenty of buoyancy, and feels really well made. It doesn’t dig into your arms, even during longer sessions, and it’s held up perfectly despite being used several times a week.If you’re looking to improve your kick strength and overall swimming fitness, I’d highly recommend it. Just don’t make the mistake I did and jump straight into an 1,800m kickboard session unless you’re prepared to waddle around the next day like a newborn giraffe.Fantastic training aid—your legs might not thank you, but your swimming definitely will! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
