Boots that fit well and look great
Beautiful boots. The wide width foot fits my forefoot foot perfectly. The regular shaft fits my 15.5 inch calf firmly and leggings will fit inside. They do come in a wide shaft version if you need something bigger in the calf. The leather is nice and may give a bit more with further break-in. I do not have any skinny jeans to try with them, but that could be pushing it. The sole is made to get traction on a variety of surfaces without being clunky. For a dressier boot that is a welcome feature. The velvety lining feels great, smooth and the foot slides in easily. I did remove the insoles and replaced them with my superfeet orthotics for more arch support. The insoles that come with the boots have the same velvety texture as the boots and have nice padding at the heel and forefoot. This boot is warm. I will add some waterproofing treatment as they are not advertised as being waterproof/resistant. The leather has a finish that will not readily absorb water, but the seams will not be impervious to moisture, so maybe we can improve this, my only regret with these boots. I got them in 8.5 c/d and they are true to size. The black has a shine to it, not a matte black finish.Update April 2017Getting ready to put these away after a second winter. They still look good, and these are some of the best walking-around-in-the-blistering cold boots I have ever owned. Warm, very comfortable to do a lot of walking and holding up well. Wish I could get them in another color, my mistake for not doing that right away. These have been wonderful boots for me.September 2017Going into another winter and managed to hook a pair in the English Tan. Another beautiful boot with all the same attributes and fit as my original black pair. Comfortable to walk in, good looking enough to wear to work and a practical grippy sole for a variety of surfaces and weather conditions. The black pair still looks great, and this lovely reddish brown smooth leather pair should hold up just as well. So happy with these boots.

Disappointed
I can't really say whether I like these boots or not because I never got them. I ordered these boots but what they sent me was a pair of suede boots, this style but in dark brown, which I did not order. No where on the link did it show a pair of dark brown suede boots, and no where did it say that these were suede, so I don't know why they sent me suede. I did try the suede boots on and they were a little short in length. Also, I wear a AAA width but the narrowest these came was AA, so they were a little wide on me but I could have made them work with thick socks; however, they were WAY too big in the heel. The heel fit like a medium width and I could pull the boots off my foot without even unzipping them. I don't think manufacturers are making shoes/boots true to size anymore; when they make them narrower, they should make the heel narrower too. The boots were also too big in the calf, and I have an average size calf (14 inches). I have been looking for a pair of tall boots for 3 years and cannot find any to fit, at least not in the style that I want. I used to always be able to depend on Naturalizer but over the past few years, it seems like their shoes and boots have been getting wider, and and they're still calling them narrow. I said that they were too big because of how big they were in the heel and calf; the length was a little short. I really love the style in the picture and I think they are good quality but I did not get what I ordered and I do not want suede, so I am sending them back. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00RBWB572/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0

Comfort, quality, and price
Just got these today and I would normally wait to write a review until I had actually used it but I don't think I'm going to be surprised here. I will actually use these for trail riding, not as a fashion boot, so this review will reflect that.I normally wear an 8.5c (extra-wide). Since most manufacturers don't make wide widths, I usually have to go with a 9b. This boot fits perfectly according to my expectations. I have high arches and these support my feet adequately. There are absolutely no weird angles that rub my foot. I don't anticipate any break-in period as everything seems supple, but not flimsy. The quality is excellent, what I would expect from Naturalizer. The leather is sufficiently thick yet pliable. I love the rugged rubber soles - I have never understood the logic in mucking around horses and trying to keep my foot in the stirrup with boots that have slick soles. There are two moderate issues that I have with these boots. One is the fact that the shaft is lined and is actually padded. This is a problem for me as I live in Phoenix and there is never a season here where insulation is ever wanted. The second issue is that the shaft isn't wide enough to tuck in jeans. I have average calves (and I do mean average - I am not one of those delusional women). They are wide enough for breeches but don't expect to tuck in jean pant legs, although I could wear boot cut jeans over them. I bought these to wear while riding an Australian saddle. Just like English saddles, loose pant legs catch in the stirrup leathers and pinch my calf. It's possible that the lining will make these boots unbearable in the hottest summer months but, all things considered, I love these boots for their comfort, quality, and price.

Best boots ever
These boots are amazing. I have them in black and brown and they fit perfectly. Be aware that it’s US sizing and buy accordingly.Pretty wide in the calf, not too tall, great grip and lovely quality leather. Last ages.
