Good quality and comfortable hard hat
Builder of new homes requires owners wear a hard hat to visit during the construction process. Good safety protocol. They offer hard hats in the office, but the office isn’t always open when we want to walk through. Having a personal hard hat serves the purpose perfectly. Very reasonably priced. Easily adjustable. Recommend!!

I wouldn't trust as a real hard hat
I used this as a costume. I would not feel comfortable with this as an actual hard hat. It is not sturdy enough and very cheap and lightweight compared to any I have used before as real hardhats.For costume was great! It adjust to lots of head sizes so it accommodated my big adult head on a normal day and on a day with a military type bun.

view the assembly video before assembling
Seems fine and good at the price, I only need a hard hat occasionally for domestic use. Before assembling make sure you either have a construction worker friend or VIEW THE VIDEO on Amazon and youtube, look it up if you have to.It is simple but easy to make a mistake just from the instructions on the bag it comes in. I spent an hour with all kinds of complicated efforts when I had made a simple mistake with the snap ins of the head band. Put them in upside down and there is no way it will work if you do that.
