High quality product

Works great and feels sturdy. It definitely gives your abs and core a challenging workout, but it's harder to use than it looks at first. After a few sessions, I got more comfortable with it and could feel the difference. If you're new to ab rollers, start slow and focus on proper form. Overall, a great piece of equipment for strengthening your core.

No e così utile per una persona che mai usato uno di questi. Per rimborso molto difficile quando sei in Europa, che devi spedire indietro e pagare per farlo il reso.

Very easy to fit together, Stable product with a good width that gives good balance and is not wobbly unlike some others I've tried. Gives good traction on yoga mat and even wood floor. Will not mar surfaces. Handles also provide for a good grip. Worth the price for a quality product.
