Ice maker is broken, I need someone to fix it!?

i don’t know the answer, mine is working perfect but my daughter’s one is also not making ice. If you know the answer, please let me know.

How long can you keep ice in ice maker? Is it a freezer? I want ice available all the time? Does the ice melt after awhile?

Ice is always available in the machine. It is best if you use it frequently. It kind of starts to behave in a weird way if left unused for a while.
