As I always buy Dr Mercola products I am very pleased with these as I trust Dr Mercola and always read his write ups. This is a very good magnesium supplement.

بالنسبة لي لقد استخدمته لمدة شهر وكل مرة استخدمه يظهر لي بعد الاستخدام بعدة ساعات احمرار وحكة في منطقة البطن (umbilical dermatitis) وتم التأكد انه من هذا المنتجوعند ايقافه تخف وتختفي الاعراض

This product works! Sleep improvement is evident. I suffer from siactica and wake up within 3 hours from laying on my side with discomfort in which I get up to go to the bathroom,then try to go back to sleep sometimes I do but not often enough.I have been using 1 Tablet of Motrin/Tylenol dual action an hour before to help .I have been taking this product for 3 nights and without a doubt and without side effects this has given me 1 hour non interrupted sleep,and that is a game changer.You may want to go cheaper but not all magnesium is the same.I tried others that made me dizzy and brought on vertigo & I had to stop taking it. I A.I. it to find out why and it specified an ingredient that would cause that and also the dosage.This product does not have that ingredient and is at a much lower dosage and also penetrates the brain barrier.The result: sleep straight through the night & a 1 hour increase of sleep.Total 6 hrs that is my normal sleep pattern.I would like to add that my pain has slightly increased from laying longer on that side......but...... a good morning stretch and that coffee will help it out.

Magnesium L-Threonate nehme ich seit mehreren Jahren und habe es bisher bei verschiedenen Anbietern gekauft, da die Anbieter aus dem Ausland quasi kommen und gehen. Das Dr. Mercola Magnesium habe ich bisher noch nie gekauft, da es erheblich teurer ist.Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen habe ich dieses Produkt bestellt und (wegen dem Zoll) erst mit erheblicher Verzögerung erhalten. Obwohl ich mich beschwerte und quasi "meckerte" verhielt sich der Verkäufer im Nachhinein ausgesprochen kulant!! Darüber hinaus habe ich nun festgestellt, dass das Produkt bei mir eine wirklich sehr gute Wirkung zeigt! Zusammenfassend muss ich sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin. Trotz des leider etwas hohen Preises und der Verzögerung bei der Lieferung (wozu der Verkäufer nichts kann) werde ich hier wieder kaufen und spreche somit eine klare Kaufempfehlung aus.
