Satchel Sling Bag

I work in IT and as such I constantly carry my laptop on me amongst other things I need daily. I had a bag that was overloaded and pulling on my back. Due to my back issues this was not working and was able to find this bag. First off it is very well made. The fabric is very thick and feels strong. The snaps ad Velcro are strong and don't have issues with coming undone. I like the versatile amount of space that it provides for all the items I needed to carry. The sling is very secure and I dont feel like the bag will slip around. The only regards to the sling I a do not like is if you go to grab the strap it can easily slip and go longer, which can be a pain when I am walking and need to look in my bag on the fly. This bag fits what I need perfectly. I keep my 15" dell laptop in the very back pouch. It has pockets for my Bluetooth headphones and the laptop charger fits n the bottom. There is an additional pouch that I keep my iPad 10th generation in. I keep my wireless mouse in the side magnetic pouch. I am able to fit a standard 20 oz water bottle in the side mesh pocket or even my small 12" coffee thermos fits also. It doesn't feel like it would easily slip out. I also keep a multi tool and other misc. items like my USB handwarmers and USB cables for my mobile devices to charge. I haven't got one yet but it has space for a smaller power bank which I intend on buying down the road. Overall I really love this bag. I get a lot of compliments at work and some even asked where I got it. It is a lot lighter and carries better than my old bag, my back thanks me for this. Highly recommended. If something changes I will update this review. I have had it now going on two months now with 0 issues.

Pros: - Perfect size with a nice sized rear zippered pocket that fits my 40oz travel water bottle and snacks, while the smaller pocket doors my iPad 10 perfectly. Lots of room for phone, wallet, pens, cords, etc. - nice, heavy canvas material, and the blue is a great color. - seems very durable, and the zippers are medium to heavy duty; they are not the cheap ones that break after a week or get stuck constantly! - the single strap down the middle makes it versatile to put over either shoulder with the weight still balanced. Cons: - The strap is extremely long, even after being adjusted all the way to the smallest length. This made the pack uncomfortable to put over a shoulder, as it flipped around too much. I ended up tying 2 knots in the strap to make it the right length, and it’s great. I guess you could cut and sew it, but I didn’t want to reduce the quality or durability by doing that myself. Overall, I recommend! It’s a very handy little bag.

This is a nice messenger bag especially for a bigger man. It fits me very comfortable. It is a bigger size, so looks good on me. The multiple pockets come in handy and the front Velcro pocket makes it easy to access my pens. The pocket is a bit small though and the cell phone does not fit in. There would’ve been great if it was just a little bit bigger, but it is a great bag. I did have a little bit of an issue with one of the zippers, but customer service took care of that very quickly.

Great to carry on a flight. Small but spacious inside !

We got this for our 14 year old son when he started high school. So far the satchel is holding up to his abuse. He is a very absent minded teenager. He loves the style of the satchel. The satchel has a lot of versatility in that it carries a lot of his school and drawing supplies. The many pockets and zipper help with ease of use. The only problem he has is the adjustable strap loosen through out the day. He does wear it all day at school. Our daughter has admired it so much, she is contemplating purchasing one in blue.

I only just got it so I will update if anything changes, but my initial feelings are positive. I'm overly organized so the 12 pockets are perfect. It seems well constructed and it fits my 13" macbook. I chose to get the large over the XL and it's big enough to use as my laptop bag and to replace my daily bag. I like the color and aesthetic of it as well.

I love my bag! I tour with different artists all over the world and my last bag was stolen. It was smaller than this one but it carried everything I needed. This one is not too big but not too small for my 15inch MacBook Pro and all my work essentials! The quality feels superb, strong and sturdy. I’m going wax the canvas to further waterproof it, and I will come back in a year after I put it through the harsh riggers of touring and traveling over 100 flights a year. Also to all the non 5 star reviews with the same complaint “it’s too heavy when I put stuff in it” DUH! What you expect?! In other news: waters wet!

As previously stated, if you like pockets you will like this bag. It is definitely a bit heavy but I find that makes it feel like a higher quality or at least something that won’t fall apart because you touched it.

I have now had this crossbody shoulder bag for over a month now, and i find it to be very well made. The zippers are strong and there are many compartments to where I am able to put in a lot of stuff. The adjustments of the strap makes it very comfortable to wear plus it also has a handle which also makes it very easy to carry especially on public transit where I do not want to bump into anyone so therefore, I would carry it on my side!

I used this for a whole year and came back to review it. As with most crossbody-style bags, it can get pretty heavy with a ton of books (I mostly carried it back and forth to classes!), causing some stress on the shoulder-- but that's not the bag's fault, it's just part of the style. The bag has a lot of storage space, too! The only things I'm concerned about are the 'phone pocket,' the strap, and some of the stitch quality. The little phone pocket hidden under the front flap is a perfect (and I mean PERFECT) fit for my device, but with how large phones are getting nowadays, I'd check to make sure yours will actually fit. As for the stitch quality, I've noticed fraying in the top handle and a few of the pockets. The strap tends to loosen itself if the bag is holding particularly heavy loads, so I recommend putting a pin or something right beneath it to keep it from sliding down. Overall, pretty solid. I'll probably use it through next year as well.
